Vegan |ˈvē-gən|
Definiton: a strict vegetarian who consumes no animal food or dairy products; also: one who abstains from using animal products (as leather).
All the food in these images are vegan, cooked and baked myself. I wanted to create a natural environment with no artificial styling to complement the cuisine. All the images were taken using a 4x5 view camera on color negative film in a studio with strobe lighting.
